Space-X Cargo Movers provides transportation and relocation support according to the customer’s route, cargo characteristics, vehicle requirements, service scope and availability. Transportation arrangements may include local Ahmedabad movements, intercity relocation, interstate transportation and domestic cargo movements across India.

2. Pickup & Delivery Information
Customers should provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, access details and any known restrictions. Building access, parking, stairs, lift availability, narrow entrances, loading restrictions and local regulations may affect the transportation arrangement.
3. Cargo Declaration
Customers must accurately disclose the nature, quantity, approximate weight or dimensions and special handling requirements of the goods or cargo. Material changes to the declared shipment may affect vehicle requirements, pricing, loading arrangements or service availability.
4. Packing & Handling
Where packing is included in the agreed service, packing methods and materials may vary according to the type and characteristics of the goods. Fragile, high-value, oversized, unusually shaped or specially handled goods should be disclosed before service confirmation.
5. Vehicle Selection
Vehicle selection may depend on cargo volume, dimensions, weight, route, access conditions, loading requirements and availability. A vehicle discussed during an enquiry may be subject to confirmation based on the final shipment requirements.
6. Full Truckload & Part Load
FTL transportation may involve dedicated vehicle capacity for a shipment, while part-load transportation may involve cargo moving with other compatible shipments. Availability, route, loading schedule and cargo characteristics may affect the applicable arrangement.
7. Transit Time
Transit and delivery estimates are dependent on route distance, traffic, road conditions, weather, vehicle availability, loading and unloading, regulatory requirements and other operational circumstances. Unless specifically confirmed in a written agreement, estimated transit times are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
8. Vehicle Transportation
For bike or car transportation, customers should provide accurate vehicle details and disclose existing visible damage or special requirements. Vehicle handover, loading, transportation and delivery will be subject to the applicable service arrangement and documentation.
9. Restricted & Prohibited Cargo
Space-X Cargo Movers may refuse goods that are prohibited by law, unsafe to transport, improperly declared or otherwise unsuitable for the requested transportation arrangement. Customers must disclose regulated, hazardous or restricted goods before booking.
10. Loading & Unloading
Loading and unloading are included only where specified in the applicable quotation or service arrangement. Additional manpower, special equipment or unusual access requirements may be subject to separate assessment and charges.
